Early Bird Discount (Book 3 Months in Advance): Get 10% OFF on your total booking amount when you book at least 3 months prior to your check-in date.
Weekly Stay Discount: Enjoy 10% OFF on the total booking amount for stays of 7 consecutive nights or more.
Monthly Stay Discount: Get 11% OFF on the total booking amount for long stays of 30 consecutive nights or more.

NO, pets are not allowed at TanaVinto Villas. To ensure the comfort, hygiene, and safety of all guests, we currently do not permit pets inside the villa premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings made at TanaVinto Villas are strictly 100% Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
No Refunds for Cancellation or No-Show: Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs.
Date Reschedule: Booking dates cannot be cancelled, but rescheduling may be considered strictly subject to villa availability and management approval (prior notice required).
Guests are responsible for maintaining the villa and its amenities in good condition during their stay.
Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹6,000 is required prior to check-in for damage protection. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, subject to an inspection showing no damage to the villa or property rules violations..

Mandatory Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of ₹1,500 per night is mandatory and will be added to every booking to ensure high standards of hygiene and housekeeping for your stay.
Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹6,000 is required prior to check-in for damage protection. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, subject to an inspection showing no damage to the villa or property rules violations..

Guests may smoke only in the designated outdoor area, such as the swimming pool area or the lawn.
Designated Smoking Area: Guests are welcome to smoke only in designated outdoor spaces (such as the balcony, garden, or poolside).
Penalty: A mandatory penalty charge of ₹5,000 will be levied if smoking is detected inside the rooms or hall to cover deep cleaning, deodorization, and air purification.
